Do
I have to Sign A Contract to get my house cleaned?
No, ANYCC doesn't require a contract
for regular residential cleanings.
However, we might ask you to sign a
simple contract for your periodic office cleaning needs.

Is ANYCC
Insured and Bonded?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded
and carry workers compensation. We do have a liability
insurance , employee bonding, and property damage. Please notify
us in 24 hours
of the cleaning date
If any damage/loss does occur.

Do
I have to provide my cleaning supply in my facility?
The choice is yours. If you have the facility that requires
industrialized equipment, we provide the equipment. However, you
can provide your own equipment; such as vacuum cleaner, dust
mop, wet mop, and cleaning supplies for your house and a smaller
office environment. We can also provide our equipment and
cleaning supplies for your residential and office cleaning needs
for a fee.

What
is your hourly charges on any site cleaning?

First of all, We do not charge by hour and/or extra
person at all. Our charges are depending on the service
you would like to get. Construction Cleanings, we
charge by square feet, however we might need to
visit your facility if you have more that 3500 sq ft.
Any type of house cleanings, move in move outs;
depending on the room count (bathroom counts as a room,
stairs also counts as a room), we will be able to give
you an estimate on the phone. No matter what, either
your premise is small or big, you will have more than
enough people to clean. With ANYCC,
You don't need to engage several suppliers. We do it
all, ANYCC is always your complete service provider.

What is the House Cleaning cancellation policy?

If it is
necessary for you to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, ANYCC
requires a 48 hours notice. Your notice help us to re-schedule
our maids for another jobs. Please be sure to call in any
termination of regularly scheduled cleanings. Please read our
Terms and Conditions below.

Will ANYCC
always send the same service provider for my Office?
We usually send the
same service providers each time. Occasionally, there may be a
change in service providers due to illness, vacation or they may
no longer work for ANYCC.
No matter what happens, we will always have the replacement.
However, if you would like to make a change, please do not
hesitate to ask.

How do you ensure honesty and reliability?
At
ANYCC, we check all the references provided by the cleaner.
If she/he cannot provide verifiable reference we don't offer
them work. We don't have no exceptions. We provide them
extensive training making sure he/she met all our quality
standards.
We take OSHA standards as a guide to train our employees
knowing its importance on especially health care related medical
facility cleanings.

How
do I provide feedback for your services?
Since cleaning is a
very personalized and subjective service, we provide a customer
satisfaction survey card depending on the service you have after
each visit.
We would like for you to make sure
that all of the items listed on the form have been done in each
room that was cleaned with your brief recommendations.
